All Ahimsa products are covered by a limited manufacturing warranty granted to the original purchaser or owner. We want you to love and enjoy your Ahimsa products, using them and caring for them in a reasonable manner, so that your grandchildren (and their grandchildren and so on), will also love and enjoy those same Ahimsa products. Like all products you give to children, please always check the products before use.
What does it cover?
Each piece of fine quality stainless steel is warranted against original defects in manufacturer workmanship and materials. For example, occasionally, there are defects in the steel that can occur when the steel is stretched and polished to form our products. Sections of the steel products get thinned past the desired threshold or the finishing may not be as smooth as desired in small areas. We check for such defects during the production process and quality control to prevent them from being distributed to customers. In the rare event that you receive a product with such a defect, we will gladly replace it as we stand behind our work.
What is not covered?
Our warranty does not cover any damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to use proper care in accordance with the instructions provided. The warranty is void if our products are used for commercial purposes or damaged during abnormal use/improper care according to instructions specified on our site. Normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear includes but not limited to dings, scratches, and dents from droppage.
How long does coverage last?
The duration of the warranty coverage is five years.
What is covered under our 30-day Ahimsa happiness guarantee:
- If you see rusting within 30 days and it is not the result of improper use or care we may replace the product on a case-by-case basis.
- If you see any fading of color and it is not the result of improper use or care we may replace the product on a case-by-case basis.

- Ship-to address to return repaired/replacement product
- Product name
- Description of the issue
- Date of Purchase
- Photo copy of sales receipt
- Images / video showing the issue
We will respond within 24 – 48 hours with assistance.
There are no express warranties other than the warranty set forth herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, OR ANY STRICT LIABILITY THEORY, WILL AHIMSA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty is only available in the United States.
