Why Ahimsa?

Safe Handling

Our team of Pediatrician Moms understand the research studies and we have real world experience with our patients (and our own children!). Our mission is to distill it down to simple, practical ways to encourage healthy habits. Our commitment to the health and safety of children is real ... we already do it for a living!

In addition to meeting all applicable regulatory standards, we set our own rigorous standards — and then challenge ourselves to continuously improve and exceed them. We believe that the customer is at the core of innovation and improvements so we will never stop trying to excel - we want to BE the best and DO the best we can for all children … because we believe they deserve it.

Safe habits

  • Supervise young children when using dinnerware, and be especially mindful of children under age 3. Monitor your children so they don’t walk or run with metal cups or utensils in hand.
  • Stainless steel is great at keeping cold things cold and hot things hot—be sure to allow hot beverages or food to cool before consumption.
  • Do not microwave Ahimsa products.
