RETURNS of new, unused and undamaged Ahimsa products
We think you will love your Ahimsa products, but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. Any new, unused and undamaged Ahimsa products can be returned for a refund or replacement within 90 days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Only items purchased from www.ahimsahome.com and in new, unused and undamaged condition with the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To initiate your return please follow the return instructions (below). Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package.
PLEASE NOTE ***All Ahimsa products are guaranteed by a limited lifetime product warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship to the original purchaser or owner, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Ahimsa Limited Lifetime Product Warranty. If you feel your products qualify, please complete our WARRANTY CLAIM FORM or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our products are designed to last for years but we want to know if somehow we failed to deliver. Quality and safety for children is our highest priority.***
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days.
Ahimsa Return Instructions
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Log in" link from the footer menu and log in to your account:
In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Enter a six-digit verification code on the log in page.
- Click the order associated with the return you would like to request.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
