Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During high peak times we can occasionally experience delays due to high volume. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Flat rate shipping usually takes 3 to 7 days.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping to the contiguous US (48 adjoining states and DC) for orders $125+ is free, for orders under $125 flat rate shipping is $9.99 right now. We use an economy shipping based on weight to Alaska and Hawaii. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 11 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ahimsahome.com with your name and order number.

Returns and Exchanges of new, unused and undamaged Ahimsa products

We think you will love your Ahimsa products, but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. Any new, unused and undamaged Ahimsa products can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 90 days of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Only items purchased from www.ahimsahome.com and in new, unused and undamaged condition with the original packaging may be returned for a refund. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

To initiate your return please follow the return instructions (below). Please do not send your purchase back to the return address on the package. If you would like to exchange for a different product, size, or color, we would be happy to process that for you! Please reach out to support@ahimsahome.com to request an exchange

PLEASE NOTE ***All Ahimsa products are guaranteed by a limited lifetime product warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing workmanship to the original purchaser or owner, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the  Ahimsa Limited Lifetime Product Warranty. If you feel your products qualify, please complete our WARRANTY CLAIM FORM or contact us at support@ahimsahome.com.  Our products are designed to last for years but we want to know if somehow we failed to deliver. Quality and safety for children is our highest priority.***

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days. 

Ahimsa Return Instructions
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Log in" link from the footer menu and log in to your account:
    In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Enter a six-digit verification code on the log in page.
  2. Click the order associated with the return you would like to request.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
